eFiling for People without Attorneys

If eFiling is available in your court and you do not have an attorney, you may eFile or submit paper court documents. eFiling is encouraged but is not mandatory for the majority of self-represented filers. Self-represented parties who file less than six non-emergency cases in a calendar year may file paper documents like always.

When available in a court, self-represented parties who wish to eFile but do not have access to a computer or internet will be able to eFile at the courthouse using a Public Access Computer (PAC). All PACs will be available for use during normal business hours and on a first-come, first served basis.
